OUR VISION

The vision of New Hope Rehab is to improve the quality of life of individuals suffering from addictions by providing high quality holistic, cognitive and person centred services.

New Hope rehab was founded by professionals with extensive experience of working in substance misuse, criminal justice, adult and children’s services. The founders carry a deep passion in reaching those on the fringes of society and offering New Hope in a manner that is authentic, effective and achievable. It is our firm belief that every person has the capacity to make positive changes to their lives provided that they have the right conditions and support.

New Hope Rehab aim to provide in-depth support to individuals who are experiencing addiction issues  through showing compassion, empathy and positive regard, offering a range of treatment programmes based on abstinence putting the person at the forefront of their treatment giving them the opportunity to take charge of their lives. The philosophy of New Hope Rehab is deeply rooted in the desire to making a long term/long standing difference in the lives of those that access the service.

 

Objectives:

 

  • To offer a range of programmes to support individuals experiencing issues with addiction

  • Residential support to assist individuals to have a safe environment to recover from their dependency whilst learning skills to assist with long term recovery.

  • To provide aftercare support to include referrals to additional community-based support services

 

Our experienced team take an approach that suits the needs of the individual client and areas of work that support their progress through engaging with focused key work sessions, completion of the in-house programme using a combination of methods to include CBT, Person Centred approaches and 12 Step Facilitation.

Behaviours can only be changed where education around the subject matter is present. Where stigma, lack of self worth, ostrasism and loss of hope has become prevalent work is undertaken to support the client to see their self worth and work towards a life free from addiction in conjunction with learning skills that will set a structured approach for long term success.

We have many years of experience in working closely with individuals and achieving positive results in sustaining long term recovery. We really do change lives! It is our firm belief that every person has the capacity to make positive changes to their lives provided that they have the right conditions and support.

We place a special emphasis on addressing the issues that often underpin addiction such as trauma, shame and guilt. The philosophy of New Hope Rehab is deeply rooted in the desire to making a long term difference in the lives of those that access the service.

 

Aims and Objectives

The aim of New Hope Rehabilitation is to improve the quality of life of individuals who require support to better manage their lives. We assist in building foundations to achieve independent living by providing high quality, holistic and person-centred services.

 

  • To offer a range of programmes to support individuals experiencing issues with addiction including co-occurring disorders

  • Provide supported living accommodation to assist individuals in having a safe environment to improve their quality of life and build foundations to achieve independent living.

  • Offer a range of support programmes to help address any underlying issues.

  • Equip individuals with the confidence, self-esteem and life skills they need to live independently.

  • To assist with referrals to additional community-based support services as required to support ongoing support needs within the community

STAFF

Our staff are committed to working with our clients rather than doing things for them, promoting independence throughout the programme and working to positively impact on thought processes, enabling clients to take control of their own actions and emotions.
